Vauxhall Cross Island will provide an exemplar mixed-use development in London. Extending to almost 1.4 million square feet, the scheme was designed by world-renowned Zaha Hadid Architects and will include a 500-bed landmark hotel, over 250 new homes and 220,000 sqf of office space.
The development comprises two towers, one at 180m tall (54 storeys) and the other at 150m (42 storeys) and will be linked by a 10-storey podium. The provision of a new square and retail at ground floor will transform the public realm and host community events throughout the year. The development will create over 2500 jobs locally and provide a new district centre for Vauxhall.
